Elite Cal Net is a pure, easily absorbed source of calcium. The fertilizer is suitable for both foliar spraying and application with irrigation water. Calcium represents the building block of cell walls, increasing their thickness and hindering pathogen penetration, which provides greater protection for the plant, while also acting as a barrier against insect infestations. Periodic application of the fertilizer also prevents the appearance of common physiological diseases and disorders caused by calcium deficiency, such as blossom-end rot, hollow heart, black heart, death of growing tips, leaf-edge burn, dead corky spots in fruits, tubers, and roots, and plant lodging.
