Twenty mix

(Nitrogen – Phosphorus – Potassium – Iron – Zinc – Boron)

Chemical Composition:

  • N ………………… 20%
  • P₂O₅ …………… 20%
  • K₂O …………….. 20%
  • Fe ………………. 0.2%
  • Zn ………………. 0.1%
  • B ………………… 0.05%

A balanced fertilizer containing the essential macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium), promoting balanced vegetative and root growth with enhanced tolerance to environmental and biotic stresses.

The fertilizer also contains iron, zinc, and boron, which add greater efficacy by enhancing cell division, apical meristem activity, and enzymatic activity, as well as facilitating the translocation of photosynthetic products — while reducing nutrient deficiency symptoms and physiological disorders in fruits and tubers.

The fertilizer is formulated from high-purity sources and features high solubility, making it suitable for soil application across all irrigation systems, as well as for foliar feeding. It is considered the ideal fertilizer for the vegetative growth stage across all horticultural and field crops.

Properties and Features

Twenty Mix: Contains nitrogen, an essential element for increasing vegetative mass and a fundamental component in the formation of living cells, proteins, chlorophyll, nucleic acids, and certain hormones.

Twenty Mix: Contains phosphorus, which is vital for the development of roots, fruits, and seeds. It also improves plant structure and enhances resistance to heat stress, as it is directly involved in the formation of cell nuclei, enzymes, energy compounds, lipids, and cell membranes.

Twenty Mix: Contains potassium, the primary element responsible for regulating the transfer of nutrients, sugars, proteins, and water within the plant. It therefore plays a major role in increasing the size of fruits and tubers, improving flavor, and regulating cell wall thickness — thereby preventing lodging in grass crops and enhancing the ability to withstand shipping and storage.

Twenty Mix: Contains iron, a fundamental element for chlorophyll formation and respiratory enzyme activity, and prevents the yellowing caused by iron deficiency.

Twenty Mix: Contains zinc, which is responsible for the formation of tryptophan — a precursor to the hormone indole acetic acid. It is also essential for chlorophyll formation and protein synthesis, and prevents apical bud reddening, stunting, and shortened internodes. It is furthermore important for seed formation and the quality of legume pods (broad beans, peas, green beans, and cowpeas).

Twenty Mix: Contains boron, which improves cell wall formation, cell division, phloem development, hormone transport, pollen germination, and sugar translocation. It also prevents apical bud death in stems and roots, plant stunting, and distortion of young leaves. Additionally, it prevents the appearance of black necrotic areas in potato tubers, sugar beet roots, and the flower heads of cauliflower and broccoli, as well as transverse cracking and hollow stem in cabbage and cauliflower.

Twenty Mix: Suitable for all vegetable, fruit, field, and ornamental crops, as it increases yield and improves fruit quality.

Twenty Mix: A balanced formulation that performs with high efficiency under various irrigation systems, particularly drip and sprinkler irrigation, owing to its high solubility.

Dosage and Method of Application

Foliar Spray:

Crop Application Rate Application Timing
Vegetables & Field Crops 100–150 g / 100 L water Spray every 2–3 weeks up until the pre-flowering stage; continue spraying in legumes during flowering and pod formation
Fruit Trees 150 g / 100 L water First spray in March; second spray two weeks after the first; third spray one month after fruit set
Ornamental Plants 100–150 g / 100 L water During the vegetative growth stage, once every two weeks

Soil Application: Added through irrigation systems at a rate of 2 to 5 kg/feddan (depending on plant age), applied 3 to 4 times per week.
